With backgrounds in both wedding coordination and content creation, we understand the pace and detail of a wedding day, and how many meaningful moments can pass by unnoticed. Vow Archives was created to capture your day as it naturally unfolds, preserving the candid, behind-the-scenes moments that reflect the true atmosphere of your wedding.
Our approach is discreet and unobtrusive. We work seamlessly alongside your photographer and videographer, allowing you to remain fully present while we document your day with intention and care. We focus on capturing genuine interactions, emotion, and the in-between moments that make your wedding uniquely yours.
To provide a layered and dynamic collection of content, we capture your day using a combination of iPhone, camera, camcorder, and disposable film. This allows us to deliver a mix of real-time, candid footage alongside more refined and nostalgic elements, creating a diverse and authentic representation of your wedding day.
From the anticipation of getting ready, to the quiet, intimate moments, through to the energy of your reception, we are there to document your day in a way that feels natural, thoughtful, and true to you.

We offer three tailored packages — The Prelude, The Legacy, and The Vow — each designed to capture the moments that matter most to you. Whether it’s intimate highlights or full-day storytelling, every package is created to feel natural, effortless, and true to your day.
We understand our packages aren’t for everyone, which is why we offer a Design Your Own option. If you have specific moments you’d love captured or a particular budget in mind, we’re more than happy to tailor a package that’s completely suited to you and your day.
